Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company, a leading platform revolutionizing electronics design with artificial intelligence. With over a decade of market traction and a fresh round of VC funding, they empower 1.5 million electrical engineers to design cutting-edge products 10x faster. They are now seeking a foundational member of their Go-To-Market team to drive sales strategy, expand market presence, and build strong industry partnerships.
 

Responsibilities

 
  • Prospecting & Business Development – Develop and execute creative engagement strategies to connect with prospective clients.
  • Data-Driven & Value-Based Selling – Leverage proprietary data insights to demonstrate ROI and business impact for customers.
  • Partnership Building – Establish and nurture relationships with key players in the electronics ecosystem, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Negotiation & Deal Closing – Lead negotiations and finalize contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations.
  • Strategic Sales Planning – Identify new market opportunities, analyze trends, and enhance sales materials to refine go-to-market strategies.

 

Requirements

 
  • 5+ years of success in technical sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Builder mentality – Experience as an early sales team member in a startup or launching a new product with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Technical acumen – Comfort with learning and utilizing sales analysis tools and CRM platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset – Strong ability to use data for persuasive storytelling and ROI-driven sales conversations.
  • Exceptional communication skills – Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week in Silicon Valley.

After crafting your unbiased profile, we submit it to our trusted clients. We work closely with these clients to ensure they understand the value you bring.
