Toast is recruiting on behalf of a stock media cooperative, revolutionizing the space for artists. They are searching for a Content Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, creation, and execution of content marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a passion for photography, visual media, and the creative industry. The right candidate will have strong copywriting skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s voice and connect with a global audience of creatives through meaningful and visually compelling content.
 

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for seasonal campaigns, industry trends, and audience engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content across digital platforms, including:
    • Social media posts
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Blog articles
    • Website and landing page copy
  • Ensure content reflects the company’s brand voice, values, and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually compelling content.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond authentically to interactions.
  • Track key content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Report regularly to the Creative Director and marketing team on content effectiveness.
  • Research and stay informed about creative industry trends, photography, and cultural movements.
  • Experiment with new content formats and strategies to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and design teams to align content with broader business goals.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and creative contributors as needed.
 

Requirements

 
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy and content best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and content performance tracking.
  • Experience with content management tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Figma, and Hootsuite.
  • Understanding of the photography and stock media industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
