Toast is recruiting on behalf of this consulting and professinal services company to find an accomplished and visionary Partner to join their growing Microsoft practice in Canada. This leadership role is pivotal to their strategic objective of expanding their footprint in Western Canada and beyond. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in selling and delivering transformative technology engagements, leveraging Microsoft's full suite of solutions, including Azure, Data, Modern Workplace, and Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy to drive growth in Microsoft technologies across key industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations, securing large-scale engagements aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring high satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
- Oversee the execution of complex projects, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
- Ensure rigorous project management practices to meet project deadlines, budgets, and scope.
- Serve as a thought leader in the Microsoft ecosystem, staying informed on trends and emerging technologies.
- Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to demonstrate the potential of Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with the global network to share insights, best practices, and foster innovation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team expertise in Microsoft solutions.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, encouraging diverse perspectives and innovative thinking.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Proven success in selling and delivering large-scale technology engagements.
- Deep expertise in one or more Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Data, Modern Workplace, or Dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities for navigating complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
- Proven leadership with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams toward achieving goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
