Job Description
Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change in healthcare. In this role, the Senior Data Analyst will take ownership of business intelligence and analytics initiatives. From defining core business metrics to enabling stakeholder insights through visualizations and deep-dive analyses, this person will play a critical part in shaping the data culture of a fast-growing healthcare tech company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and track KPIs, developing dashboards that reflect the health of the business.
- Act as the in-house expert on data visualization using modern BI tools.
- Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and perform in-depth, insightful analyses.
- Manage analytics projects from inception to delivery, aligning with business priorities.
- Apply statistical and data science methods to analyze large, complex datasets and uncover actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong foundation in analytics engineering and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with data transformation tools such as dbt and Airflow.
- Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and communicate findings clearly.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and framing unstructured problems into analyzable components.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and modeling.
