Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to drive demand and revenue generation initiatives through strategic marketing programs. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role involves leading cross-functional collaboration to develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical professional with extensive experience in managing demand-focused marketing campaigns, strong SEO expertise, and familiarity with the creative industry. This is a remote, full-time position with flexibility for candidates globally.



Key Responsibilities:


Program Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to achieve demand and revenue objectives.
  • Define program goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and tech teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing initiatives and progress against objectives.

Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to extract insights and inform decision-making.

Budget Management:
  • Support allocation and management of program budgets to optimize resources effectively.

Innovation and Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance marketing program impact.
 

Requirements

  • Experience managing lead lifecycles and optimizing the marketing funnel.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with sales leadership and operations teams.
  • Familiarity with the creative industry, visual storytelling, and design principles.
